Nice dinner with an unassembled potato sandwich
This is not a healthy dinner nor is it intended to be healthy.

I made a kind of potato salad because I love it and to make it I simply cut an onion and put it to brown a little, while I boiled the potato and having it ready and cut it into cubes.
Hice una especie de ensalada de papa porque me encanta y para hacerla simplemente corté una cebolla y la puse a dorar un poco, mientras que hervía la papa y la dejaba lista y cortaba en cubos.
After having our potato ready cut into cubes, we proceed to add it in the same pan where we have prepared the onion and mix so that it has the flavor of the onion
Después de tener nuestra papa lista cortada en cubos procedemos a añadirla en la misma sartén donde hemos preparado la cebolla y mezclamos para que tenga el sabor de la cebolla
Here I added a little mayonnaise and mustard and mixed it really well.
Aquí le añadí un poco de mayonesa y mostaza y la mezclé muy bien.
I added a little green onion because it is my favorite for almost all meals, it gives it a quite crispy and fresh touch, so for my part it cannot be missing.
Añadí un poco de cebolla verde porque es mi favorita para casi todas las comidas, le da un toque bastante crocante y fresco, así que por mi parte no puede faltar.
Finally I put two slices of bread to toast to finish.
Por último puse dos rebanadas de pan a tostar para finalizar.
And that's it, that's how my food turned out, nothing fancy but I like that it's the most important thing.
Y listo, así es cómo quedó mi comida, nada elegante pero me gusta que es lo más importante.
