Hello friends, welcome to my blog today. I bring you a delicious lunch consisting of white rice with garlic and vinegar, fried Entrecanto steaks and a delicious salad of lettuce, tomato, onion and carrot.
Here is the step by step.
Ingredients for rice
500 grams of rice Oil 1 clove garlic Garlic sauce Vinegar 1/2 liter of water Salt to taste
In a cauldron we add the oil and the minced garlic, let it fry for a few seconds and add the previously washed rice.
Add the 1/2 liter of water, stir, add a splash of vinegar and the garlic sauce.
To finish we add salt and let it cook over medium heat, when it is dry we cover it for a better cooking.
We continue with the salad the ingredients are
Half lettuce, 1 tomato, 1 onion, 1 carrot, vinegar, salt and adobo to taste.
We wash all the vegetables with water and vinegar, cut them.
Then we add the salt, adobo and vinegar, mix and that's it.
To finish with the entrecanto fillets the ingredients are
500 grams of entrecanto fillets 1 clove of garlic, half a ulna, oil, Worcestershire sauce and garlic, marinade, ground onoto and oil.
Marinate the meat adding the crushed garlic, the English and garlic sauces, the marinade and a pinch of ground onoto.
Then in a frying pan we add oil and fry the fillets.
The rice, salad, and steaks are ready to serve.
Here is the end result of this delicious lunch.
