🍰✨Aquí les traigo una receta exquisita y muy fácil de elaborar. La verdad es una de las tortas que tanto me gusta y pues creo que si ustedes logran hacerla quedarán sorprendidos totalmente.✨

Ingredientes

  • 2 Cambures maduros
  • 1 huevo
  • 300gr de harina
  • 160gr de azúcar
  • 1 taza de aceite
  • 1 papeleta de soda

Comenzaremos triturando los cambures con un tenedor hasta que quede como una compota.

En un bowl agregamos el aceite y la azúcar, batimos con una batidora o a mano.

Ya que este bien integrado esos tres ingredientes, pasamos a echar el cambur.

Para terminar la clara del huevo lo batimos hasta que quede punto nieve, para añadirlo a la mezcla, y listo al horno.
