Hello dear friends of the community today I am going to share with you this delicious genoese cake very divine for a delicious snack.
Ingredientes/ingredients
- 3 huevos
- 1/2 taza y 1/4 de azúcar
- 1/2 taza y 1/4 de harina
- 1 cucharadita de vainilla
- 1 limón ralladura
- mantequilla para engrasar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup and 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup and 1/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 lemon zest
- butter for greasing
Proceso/ process
1. - primero necesitamos una taza alta y una batidora vamos a colocar los huevos y vamos a batir hasta obtener una espuma luego vamos agregando poco a poco el azúcar, luego la vainilla batimos y luego rallamos el limón solo la cáscara luego se lo agregamos a la mezcla y batimos bien

2. - luego vamos a tamizar la harina y con una paleta vamos a hacer movimiento envolventes, luego enmantequillamos y enharinamos el molde y agregamos la mezcla y llevamos al horno hasta que esté doradita y pasemos un cuchillo y salga seco
