Hello friends of Hive! Today I bring you a delicious recipe that I made at home where I got a little creative and wanted to prepare a squid in sauce with pasta as you can see above. This is my first post about food and maybe I'll bring you another later, I'll leave you the step by step of how I prepared it and the ingredients I used, I hope you like it...

- 3 tomates
- Pimentón
- Ají Dulce
- Zanahoria (picadas en rodajas y julianas)
- Albahaca al gusto
- Cebolla
- Sazonador (GUT)
- Sal con orégano (Quidy)
- 3 tomatoes
- Peppers
- Sweet pepper
- Carrot (chopped into slices and julienne)
- basil to taste
- Onion
- Seasoning (GUT)
- Salt with oregano (Quidy)
All the ingredients are already cut

Una sugerencia previa: El calamar debe quedar muy limpio para que así a la hora de hacerlo no tome un sabor amargo.
A previous suggestion: The squid must be very clean so that when it is done it does not take on a bitter taste.

Como verán en la foto el calamar suelta una especie de líquido y parece una pequeña sopa luego espero que se consuma un poco antes de colocarle los vegetales y condimentos.
As you will see in the photo, the squid releases a kind of liquid and looks like a small soup, so I hope it consumes a little before adding the vegetables and condiments.

Finally the boiled tomatoes were added
Y finalmente después de 30 minutos de cocción aproximandamente ya estaría listo para emplatar con la pasta o con lo que desees comerlo. Ésto es algo que puedes implementar en tu comida para variar un poco un menú.
And finally, after approximately 30 minutes of cooking, it would be ready to serve with the pasta or with whatever you want to eat it. This is something you can implement in your food to vary a menu a bit.
