Recipe for making delicious pickles of raw mango || A very popular food among the people of Bangladesh ( step by step)

When we hear about pickles, water comes to our tongues. And if it is mango pickle, then the mind wants to eat it whole. The number of people who do not love pickle is very low. Raw mango or raw ripe mango pickle is very tasty to eat. Mango pickle with khichuri or meat or any curry is very tasty to eat.

As soon as the raw mango season started, the women of the village were seen picking mangoes. Many people happily make many mango pickles for the whole year and save them. As if these can be eaten all year round. This pickle is very tasty to eat as well as it enhances the taste in the mouth. It enhances the taste of the mouth when eaten with biryani or khichuri or various meat curries. This is a very favorite food of the people of Bangladesh.   • Mustard Oil
  • Burnt Pepper
  • Sugar
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Onion Paste
  • Pachpuran (five types of spices)
  • Cardamom
  • Cinnamon
  • Bay leaves

How to make raw mango pickle

First you have to take some raw mangoes and remove the top skin of the mangoes. Then the mangoes should be thoroughly washed in water and then this mango should be cut into a few pieces. The mango should be cut like the pieces shown in the picture above.

Then mix turmeric powder and salt in these mango pieces and dry them in the sun for a while.

Then pachpuran (five types of spices) should be fried well in the oven. And with that you have to fry a few peppers.

Then pour mustard oil in a pan. And mix the amount of sugar and few burnt peppee in it and heat it for a while. Then you have to leave the pieces of mango in it.

Then you have to cooked the mangoes well. Once cooked, add five spices and a few cardamoms, cinnamon and bay leaves. And also the burnt chillies or fried chillies should be well mixed with it.

Then take them out of the oven and take them in a tray and dry them well in the sun for a long time. Then you can eat them and test whether all the ingredients are right. This is a very tasty dish. You can keep them in a glass bottle for long term storage. And also you can try it to make.
