Material :
150 grams of steamed pumpkin, mashed (net weight after steaming without skin)
200 grams of high protein flour
100 grams of medium protein flour
20 grams of powdered milk
6 grams instant yeast
35 grams of sugar
1/2 tablespoon vanilla flour
2 egg yolks
50 milliliters of cold liquid milk (adjust to the state of the flour, add little by little)
30 grams of butter
1/2 tablespoon salt flour
Cooking oil for frying
Sprinkled sugar to taste

Method :

  1. Mix flour, milk powder, instant yeast, and sugar. Mix well, add egg yolks, pumpkin, and vanilla, mix until smooth.
  2. Enter the cold liquid milk little by little. Mix until the dough is smooth and not soggy.
  3. Enter the butter and salt, mix until the dough is smooth.
  4. Round the dough, put it in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, let it rest for 45-1 hour or until it has doubled in size.
  5. Deflate the dough, knead briefly. Print according to taste then store in the pan, cover with a clean napkin, let stand 20-30 minutes.
  6. Fry in a lot of oil on low heat. Cool, add toppings according to taste.

材料 :

FLOURED FRIED SHRIMP

Method :

  2. Mix the seasoning flour and cornstarch, roll the shrimp into the flour then dip into the egg white mixture then roll it back in the flour with a little knead, do this until the shrimp runs out
  3. Fry in hot oil over medium heat until golden yellow / cooked.

Material :

Marinade
2 cloves baput

1 tablespoon mushroom stock powder

How to cook:

  1. Wash and clean the fish, remove the gills
  2. Finely all the marinade spices, then soak +/- 15 minutes (the longer the seasoning the more absorbed)
  3. fry the fish until half cooked
  4. spread with seasoning
  5. then burn it (burn it according to your taste, you can use charcoal or something else, I grill it using Teflon, it's easier, it's not complicated. It's burned right away, no need to spread oil/margarine.

TALIWANG ROCKED CHICKEN

The main ingredient :
1 chicken (village / male / country)

Ground spices :
10 curly chilies
3 cayenne pepper
10 onions
4 garlics
1 knuckle kencur
Grilled shrimp paste to taste (I used 1 shrimp paste that looks like a coin)

Spices are not smooth:
2 lemongrass stalks, crushed
2 bay leaves
3 lime leaves
Sufficient brown sugar
1 pack of kara coconut milk (I used 1 pack of kara with a green triangle)
Salt to taste
Sweet soy sauce to taste

How to cook :

  1. Clean the chicken, then coat the chicken with lime.

  2. Saute all the spices, fine and not smooth, except coconut milk.

  3. Add chicken

  4. Add enough water to cover the chicken, then add the coconut milk. If you like sweet soy sauce, you can also add sweet soy sauce.

  5. Turn the chicken until it is fully exposed, cooked inside and until the seasoning thickens.
