Siempre he sido un amante del pan, me gusta en cualquier presentación, ya sea para comerlo solo, con una taza de café con leche, que era mi merienda favorita cuando estaba pequeño, cuando lo como de esa manera, vienen a mi mente muchos recuerdos de mi niñez; Hoy vengo a compartirles este Sándwich, que fue mi cena de hoy, es costumbre de mi Madre no cocinar los sábados en la noche, por lo que cada quien se prepara su cena, usualmente yo me hago un sándwich con lo que encuentre en la nevera, así que sin más preámbulos les presento mi creación de esta noche.
I have always been a lover of bread, I like it in any presentation, I like it in any presentation, either to eat it alone, with a cup of coffee with milk, which was my favorite snack when I was little, when I eat it that way, many memories of my childhood come to my mind; Today I come to share with you this sandwich, which was my dinner today, it is my mother's custom not to cook on Saturday nights, so everyone prepares their own dinner, usually I make a sandwich with whatever I find in the fridge, so without further ado I present my creation for tonight.
Hoy no teníamos pan de sándwich que hubiese sido el ideal para usar en esta preparación, pero eso no me detuvo para deleitarme con un platillo diferente, pues los fines de semana siempre invento algo nuevo que cocinar, para preparar la delicia de esta noche utilice los siguientes ingredientes: - Pan Francés - Papitas para perro - Jamón Ahumado - Queso Guayanés - Lechuga - Tomate - Salsa de Tomate - Mayonesa y - Mostaza
Today we didn't have sandwich bread, which would have been the ideal bread to use in this preparation, but that didn't stop me to delight myself with a different dish, because on weekends I always invent something new to cook, to prepare tonight's delight I used the following ingredients: - French bread - Dog chips - Smoked Ham - Guayanes cheese - Lettuce - Tomato - Tomato Sauce - Mayonnaise and - Mustard
Preparación: Como todo sándwich su preparación es rápida y sencilla, mi abuela solía decir que este tipo de comidas es para para flojos, yo diría que más bien, que tenemos buen gusto para comer; lo primero que hice fue cortar 2 panes a la mitad, luego le agregue un poco de salsa de tomate, mayonesa y salsa.
Preparation: Like all sandwiches its preparation is quick and simple, my grandmother used to say that this type of food is for lazy people, I would say that rather, that we have good taste to eat; the first thing I did was to cut 2 breads in half, then I added some tomato sauce, mayonnaise and salsa.
Luego le puse unos pedazos de lechuga y unas rodajas de tomate, el siguiente paso fue colocar el jamón ahumado y el queso guayanés y por último le coloque papitas para perros.
Then I put some pieces of lettuce and tomato slices, the next step was to put the smoked ham and the guiana cheese and finally I put some dog chips.
Después de tener todos los ingredientes en los panes, uní mi sándwich y lo lleve a un budare, que ya había precalentado para tostarlo un poco. No es por presumir, pero debo decir que me quedo delicioso, cuando se trata de elogiar la comida que preparo, no soy nada modesto, un sándwich como este puede servir hasta para un almuerzo, claro habría que preparar dos por comensal y acompañarlos con unas papas fritas.
After I had all the ingredients on the bread, I put my sandwich together and took it to a budare, which I had already preheated to toast it a little. Not to brag, but I must say that it was delicious, when it comes to praising the food I prepare, I am not modest at all, a sandwich like this can even serve for lunch, of course you would have to prepare two per person and accompany them with some fries.
