If you love pie as much as I do, you are going to love this recipe, we are going to make this delicious dessert without oven and in a few minutes. And guess where we're going to cook it....in a pan!!!! Ingenious right, 😄very useful for those days when we want a quick dessert.

One of the features that I love most about this cake are caramelized apples and the softness of the sponge cake.
This recipe is super simple and quick to make, plus it has a very striking and beautiful appearance. Ideal to serve it as a dessert or as a snack.
Its combination is pleasant to the palate and quite soft. I hope you like it, let's get started!

Si te gusta tanto como ami la tarta, esta receta te va a encantar, vamos a hacer este delicioso postre sin horno y en unos pocos minutos. Y adivina en donde la vamos a cocinar....en una sarten!!! Ingenioso verdad, 😄muy util para los dias que queremos un postre rapido.

Una de las caracteristicas que mas me encanta de esta tarta son manazanas caramelizadas y la suavidad de su bizcocho.
Esta receta es super sencilla y rapida de hacer, ademas tiene un aspecto muy llamativo y bonito. Ideal para servirlo de postre o para las meriendas.
Su combinacion es agradable al paladar y bastante suave. Espero que te guste vamos a comenzar!!

Ingredients:
• 50g butter
• 20ml sunflower oil
• 50g white sugar
• 3 Golden apples
• 2 eggs
• 75g white sugar
• 60ml milk
• 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 120g wheat flour
• 6g chemical yeast or baking powder
• A pinch of cinnamon powder

Ingredientes:
• 50g mantequilla
• 20ml aceite de girasol
• 50g azúcar blanco
• 3 manzanas "Golden"
• 2 huevos talla
• 75g azúcar blanco
• 60ml leche
• 1/2 cucharada de extracto de vainilla
• 120g de harina de trigo
• 6g levadura química o polvo de hornear
• Una pizca de canela en polvo

Preparation:
•Start by peeling the apples, cut them in half and then cut them into thick slices.

•Comenzaremos pelando las manzanas, las cortamos por la mitad y luego en rodajas gruesas.

•Then place the apples in a bowl and set aside.

•Then we will put a frying pan over medium heat and add the butter.

•When the butter has melted, add the 50 grams of sugar and mix until the sugar melts and is impregnated with the butter.

•Despues colocaremos las manzanas en un recipiente y las reservaremos.

•A continuacion pondremos una sarten a fuego medio y le agregamos la mantequilla.

•Cuando la mantequilla se haya derretido le agregamos los 50 gr de azucar y mezclamos hasta que la azucar se derrita y se impregne en conjunto con la mantequilla.

•Once the sugar is ready, we will proceed to caramelize our apples.

•To do this we are going to put the apple pieces little by little and we are going to mix them so that the caramel is impregnated to the apples.

•We will cover the pan for about 2 minutes and continue mixing.

•Let it cook for 8 to 10 minutes, we will begin to see how our apple softens and turns a nice golden color. When they are like this we turn off the fire and proceed to prepare the cake mixture to fill this cake.😋

•Una vez este lista la azucar, vamos a proceder a caramelizar nuestras manzanas.

•Para ello vamos a poner los trozos de manzana poco a poco y vamos a ir mezclando para que el caramelo se impregne a las manzanas.

•Taparemos la sarten por algunos 2 minutos y continuamos mezclando.

•Dejamos cocer de 8 a 10 minutos, vamos a comenzar a ver como nuestra manzana se suaviza y torna a ponerse de un lindo color dorado. Cuando esten asi apagamos el fuego y procedemos a preparar la mezcla de bizcocho para rellenar esta tarta.😋

•Then add the sugar and mix until the ingredients are impregnated.

•Para hacer nuestra masa de tarta vamos a comenzar hechando los dos huevos en un bol y los batimos bien.

•Despues agregamos la azucar y mezclamos hasta que se impregnen los ingredientes

•Then add the sunflower oil, milk, vanilla and beat well.

•Despues añadiremos el aceite de girasol, la leche, la vainilla y batimos bien.

•Now proceed to sift the flour together with the baking powder.

•Mix until the mixture is homogeneous.

•Ahora procederemos a tamizar la harina junto con el polvo de hornear.

•Mezclamos hasta que la mezcla se haga homogenea.

•Turn the pan back on medium heat and add a pinch of cinnamon.

•Then add the mixture to the caramelized apples making sure that all areas are well covered.

•Encendemos la sarten fuego medio nuevamente y añadiremos una pizca de canela.

•Luego añadiremos la mezcla a las manzanas caramelizadas asegurandonos que toda las areas esten bien cubiertas.

•Once we have added the mixture, cover and let it cook for 15 to 25 minutes over medium heat.

•It is important not to uncover our cake while it is being prepared because it can lower the cake.

•But we can keep an eye on how this delicacy is getting tastier.😍

•After the time our mixture should look fluffy as in the photo, if not, leave it for 2 more minutes until it becomes fluffy.

•Then we are going to prick with a wooden toothpick and if it comes out clean it is ready!!😊

•Una vez hayamos hechado la mezcla, tapamos y dejamos cocer de 15 a 25 minutos a fuego medio.

•Es importante no destapar nuestra tarta mientras se este preparando porque se nos puede bajar el bizcodo.

•Pero podemos estar observando, checando como esta delicia se va volviendo mas sabrosa.😍

•Pasado el tiempo nuestra mezcla debe verse esponjosa como en la foto, sino esta asi dejala 2 minutos mas hasta que esponje.

•Despues vamos a pinchar con palillo de madera y si sale limpio esta listo!!!!

•Once done, turn off the heat and let it cool for about 5 minutes.

•Then we unmold our cake.

•Carefully place a plate on top of the pan and with both hands turn the plate with one hand on the plate and the other on the other side, as if we were turning an omelet and voila!

•Una vez hecho apagamos el fuego y dejamos enfriar por unos 5 minutos.

•Despues pasamos a desmoldar nuestra tarta.

•Con sumo cuidado colocaremos un plato encima de la sarten y con ambas manos vamos a girar el plato con una mano en el plato y la otra del otro lado, como si estuvieramos dandole la vuelta a una tortilla y voila!!!
