Hahaha yeah, now that I think of it I'm surprised that I've never added avocado. Not even a mention of it in my post either. I don't know what I was thinking. Lol.
I've been there with scrambling the eggs in the water as well. It usually happens when the water is too hot and the boil too vigorous. It splits the eggs into a mess. I did that just a few weeks ago and cursed myself for it lol.
