Mi bebé había tomado una siesta, cuando el d despierta lo primero que hace es tomarme de la mano y llevarme a la cocina para que le dé alguna merienda, pero está vez no tenía nada, así que decidí hacerle bollitos de harina y le encantó,
así que comencemos.
INGREDIENTES
1 Taza de harina
1/2 taza de agua
1 cucharada de azúcar
1 cucharada de canela
1 cucharada de mantequilla
1 pizca de sal
En un envase ondo agregamos la harina.
La azúcar.
La canela.
La pica de sal y la mantequilla.
Y poco a poco agregamos agua y amasamos.
Amasamos por aproximadamente 1/2 hora y dejamos reposar.
La picamos en porciones pequeñas, le damos forma de bolita y luego la aplastamos, la agregamos a aceite caliente y la sacamos cuando estás crezcan y se pongan dorados de ambos lados.

The cinnamon.
The salt and butter.
And little by little, add water and knead.
Knead for about 1/2 hour and let it rest.
Chop it into small pieces, shape it into a ball, then flatten it. Add it to hot oil and remove it when it has risen and turned golden brown on both sides.
