Hello, everybody!

Bagels with jam: quick, tasty, easy!
Don't have the inspiration to fuss with the dough for too long? Make bagels with the universal yeast-free dough! They are fragrant, fluffy and delicious.

Ingredients

for the dough:

refined vegetable oil - 90 ml
warm water - 100 ml
flour- 300g
baking powder- 1 tsp.
sugar- 1 tbsp.
salt
For the filling:
Frozen berries (currants and yogurt) you can take as you wish.

Directions step by step

1 . Mix the water and vegetable oil, add the rest of the ingredients. Wrap in clingfilm for 30 minutes at room temperature.

2 . In the meantime (if you choose not to use cooked jam) grate the apples. Stew them together with sugar and water until the moisture evaporates.

3 . Roll out the ready dough and divide it. Spread the filling and form bagels.

4 . Bake at 180° for about 30-35 minutes.

I recommend you to try the same recipe by grating and cooking the apple and adding walnuts and a little cinnamon to it.Looks delicious 😋
