Macarrones con jamón y queso espolvoreados con orégano [ESP-ENG]

Hola querida comunidad de la colmena Foodies Bee, hoy comparto con vosotros unos deliciosos macarrones que hice para mi familia. En casa me encanta la pasta y en particular me encantan 😋, trato de evitarlos porque engordan un poco jajaja y con los años he ido cosechando algunos kilitos de más jajaja, pero de vez en cuando se puede hacer una excepción y a mi familia le gustan mucho y no voy a privarlos por eso 😅.
Hice estos macarrones con jamón y queso, siempre me gusta espolvorear albahaca al final por su aroma, pero esta vez le añadí orégano y a mi familia le encantó el cambio de sabor. Ahora os explico como los hice

Hello dear community of the Foodies Bee hive, today I share with you some delicious macarons that I made for my family. At home I love pasta and in particular I love them 😋, I try to avoid them because they are a bit fattening hahaha and over the years I have been harvesting some extra kilos hahaha, but once in a while you can make an exception and my family likes them a lot and I'm not going to deprive them for that 😅.
I made this macaroni with ham and cheese, I always like to sprinkle basil at the end for its aroma, but this time I added oregano and my family loved the change of flavor. Now I explain how I made them

Macarrones 500 gramos
Jamón 250 gramos
Queso 200g
4 hojas de orégano
1 cebolla roja
Aceite de oliva
Sal

Macaroni 500 grams
Ham 250 grams
Cheese 200g
4 oregano leaves
1 red onion
Olive oil
Salt

Poner una olla al fuego con agua y sal, cuando el agua empiece a hervir, añadir los macarrones.

Put a pot on the fire with water and salt, when the water starts to boil, add the macaroni.

Mientras hierven los macarrones, pica la cebolla y el orégano y reserva una hoja de orégano para el final.

While the macaroni is boiling, chop the onion and oregano and reserve an oregano leaf for the end.

Corta el jamón y el queso en taquitos.

Cuando los macarrones están cocidos los saco y los pongo a escurrir para que destilen toda el agua.

Mientras eso ocurre preparo una salsa, poniendo en la sartén un poco de aceite de oliva en el que rehogo la cebolla, luego añado el orégano, el jamón y por último pongo un poco de sal.

Sirvo los macarrones en los platos, pongo la salsa en el centro y alrededor del borde de la salsa pongo los trozos de queso y los meto unos segundos en el microondas para gratinar el queso.

I serve the macaroni on the plates, put the sauce in the center and around the edge of the sauce I put the pieces of cheese and put them in the microwave for a few seconds to gratinate the cheese.

Para terminar espolvoreo el orégano picado por encima, les muestro un solo plato, porque esta cantidad nos daba para cinco raciones pero mi marido y mi hijo comen mucho, sino me sobraría para más 😅.

To finish I sprinkle the chopped oregano on top, I show you a single dish, because this amount gave us for five servings but my husband and my son eat a lot, otherwise I would have enough left over for more 😅..
