Today I share one of my passions, La Pastry.
Desde hace muchos años realizo diferentes tipos de postres y panes. He realizado algunos cursos, pero mi mayor aprendizaje ha sido a través de la preparación de recetas o videos que los adapto según mi conveniencia.
For many years I have been making different types of desserts and breads. I have done some courses, but my greatest learning has been through the preparation of recipes or videos that I adapt them according to my convenience.
Disfruto cada preparación, haciéndola con esmero y dedicación.
I enjoy each preparation, doing it with care and dedication.
Dentro de los postres, realizo tortas frías como tres leches, de melocotón o fresas. Las cuales son deliciosas.
Among the desserts, I make cold cakes such as tres leches, peach or strawberries. Which are delicious.
Las tortas de cumpleaños son las que hago con más frecuencia. De chocolate, marmoleadas, vainillas, decoradas con merengue o cremas de mantequilla. Rellenas de crema pastelera, dulce de leche, chantilly, ganache, entre otros.
Birthday cakes are the ones I make most often. Chocolate, marbled, vanilla, decorated with meringue or butter cream. Filled with pastry cream, caramel, chantilly, ganache, among others.
Igualmente de cumpleaños realizo pero muy poco, las tortas decoradas con Fondant, es una especie de masa comestible con la cual se forra la torta y se pueden realizar modelados de figuras. Estéticamente son muy lindas.
I also make birthday cakes, but very little, decorated with Fondant, it is a kind of edible dough with which the cake is lined and figures can be modeled. Aesthetically they are very beautiful.
Dentro de postres realizo, suspiros, ponquesitos, trufas, donas, profiteroles y más. Ideales para los pequeños de la casa.
Within desserts I make, sighs, cupcakes, truffles, donuts, profiteroles and more. Ideal for the little ones in the house.
Realizo en el área de panadería las deliciosas, quesadillas , golfeados, rolles de canelas y panes dulces. son una gran variedad de receta realizadas y otras por hacer.
I make delicious quesadillas, golfeados, cinnamon rolls and sweet breads in the bakery area. They are a great variety of recipes made and others to be made.
Otra de las cosas que realizo son las hermosas y ricas gelatinas. Que son un postre que no debe faltar en cada cumpleaños.
Another of the things that I do are the beautiful and rich jellies. That they are a dessert that should not be missed on every birthday.
Siempre pensando que innovar y marcar mi estilo. Disfrutando lo que me gusta y generando ingresos a mi hogar. Este mundo es laborioso, pero cuando lo haces por pasión, no importa el cansancio, ni el tiempo dedicado, cuando vez la cara de felicidad 😁 y asombro 😮 de la persona a quien se le realiza.
Always thinking about innovating and setting my style. Enjoying what I like and generating income for my home. This world is laborious, but when you do it out of passion, it doesn't matter how tired you are, nor the time spent, when you see the face of happiness 😁 and amazement 😮 of the person to whom it is done.
