Chocolate cake decorated with meringue and dandy ESP-ENG

When we are celebrating, it is delicious to do it with a rich chocolate cake; This is the recipe that I will share with you today. This is the realization to give to my sister who was having her birthday yesterday. It had been a long time since I gave away cakes. Here I show you the process of its preparation

Ingredients

500 grams of wheat flour
4 eggs
500ml of milk
500 grams of sugar
60 grams of cocoa
250 grams of butter
vanilla

To start, take the butter with the sugar and beat with a mixer until you get a smooth and light yellow mixture.

Step 2

Then incorporate the four eggs and vanilla to taste on top and join all the ingredients

Step 3

Then take the 500 grams of wheat flour and add the 60 grams of cocoa. These two ingredients unite them

Step 4

Add the flour to the previous mixture and we already have a chocolate-flavored mixture

I had a tray already floured and I placed the mixture

Step 7

I started to decorate the cake with a classic meringue made with 3 egg whites and 250 grams of sugar and add cream flavor.

After decorating, place colored dandy on top

The end result was a fluffy and delicious cake; With this cake I sang my sister's birthday yesterday.

Bienvenidos a mi Blog

Cuando estamos de celebración es delicioso realizarlo con un rico pastel de chocolate; esta es la receta que compartiré con ustedes hoy. Esta la realice para regalar a mi hermana que estaba de cumpleaños el día de ayer. Tenía mucho tiempo que no regalaba tortas. Aquí les muestro el proceso de su preparación

Ingredientes

500 gramos de harina de trigo
4 huevos
500 ml de leche
500 gramos de azúcar
60 gramos de cacao
250 gramos de mantequilla
Vainilla

Preparación

Paso 1

Para comenzar tome la mantequilla con el azúcar y batí con batidora hasta obtener una mezcla suave y de color amarillo suave.

Paso 2

Incorpore luego los cuatros huevos y vainilla al gusto encima y uní todos los ingredientes

Luego tome los 500 gramos de harina de trigo e incorpore los 60 gramos de cacao. Esto dos ingredientes los uní

Paso 4

Incorpore la harina a la mezcla anterior y ya tenemos una mezcla sabor a chocolate

Tenía una bandeja ya enharinada y coloque la mezcla

Lista la torta de chocolate

Paso 7

Comencé a decorar la torta con un merengue clásico realizado con 3 claras de huevo y 250 gramos de azúcar y coloque sabor a nata.

Después de decorar coloque encima dandy de colores

El resultado final fue una torta esponjosa y deliciosa; con este pastel se le canto cumpleaños a mi hermana el día de ayer.
