I like hot food so this looks like a great treat. I recently made the mistake of getting some Mexican sauce that tasted like it was made with chilis harvested in hell. Delicious but extremely hot.

Hahaha well it's fun making your own as you can work on the subtlety of flavour and there's heaps of variations you can do!
