Easy Shepherd's Pie

Hi food lovers, today I had no work because the snow made my long commute too hazardous. The roads were bad in my area and there were snow squall warnings. I did attempt to drive to work and got caught in a terrifying snow squall with a full whiteout. Never again! My daughter still had school, so I had some time at home by myself. I decided to prepare an easy Shepherd's Pie dish and have detailed the steps below and included some photos. It's a simple recipe that doesn't require that many ingredients.

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Packet of Beef Gravy Mix
1/3 Cup Beef Broth
1 Large bag of Instant Mashed Potatoes
1 Bag of Frozen Mixed Vegetables
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

(Forgot to add the gravy mix to the first photo)

Directions:

Step 1. I preheated the oven to 350 degrees. Then I cooked the ground beef on medium heat until it was brown.
