My last local food to present is the powdered cassava and palm nut soup food 😋 This food has a lot of local names; abete3, Kokonte, face the wall, dog reverse among many others. The soup can be changed to groundnut soup with okra or this palm nut soup 🍲. The good thing is that it very affordable at the local joints but turns to be very expensive at he hotels. It is mostly eaten by construction workers because of its affordability and how it can sustain one for a long time. Without okra it cannot be eaten to satisfaction, So all the time it served with okra. All the ingredients would be listed in the next episode.
