Hola mis queridos amigos de Hive amantes del dulce. Hoy les quiero compartir este post dónde realice unas Ricas Donas. Los alimentos preparados en casa saben mucho mejor. Con esta receta paso a paso podrás prepararlas y consentir a toda tu familia.
Ingredientes
- 500 gramos harina
- 1 huevo
- 100 gramos azúcar
- 250 gramos leche
- 50 gramos de mantequilla derretida
- 10 gramos levadura instantánea de Panaderia
- Vainilla
- 5 gramos de sal
Para el glaseado de chocolate
- 50 gr de cacao en polvo
- 1 lata de leche condensada
- 50 gr de manteca
- Chispas, mani, chocolate lo que deseen
Paso a paso
Paso 1
Primero vamos a tomar un poquito de la leche para disolver la levadura junto a una cucharada de azúcar. Esperamos que esponje y agregamos el huevo el resto del azúcar, la sal y él harina, vamos agregando la leche mientras vamos amasando y vamos también agregando la mantequilla, agregamos la esencia de vainilla Amasamos muy bien, si sentimos que se nos pega mucho untamos nuestras manos con aceite.
Paso 2
Dejamos reposar la masa por aproximadamente 2 horas o hasta que duplique. Vamos a tomar harina y la espolvoreamos en la mesada y colocamos la masa y un poco más de harina por encima y con el rodillo estiramos hasta que tomen como 2 centímetros de grosor. Con un cortador de donas, o puede ser un vaso o cualquier cosa que tengamos en casa vamos a cortar las donas.
Paso 3
Colocarlas a reposar en cuadritos de papel encerado o en una bandeja engrasada esto ayudará que salgan mejor dejamos reposar hasta que crezcan.
Paso 4
Para freírlas usamos un sarte con suficiente aceite para que queden flotando, a fuego bajo colocamos las donas introduciéndolas, cocinamos por cada lado unos 4 minutos o hasta que vean que a dorado a su gusto. Las sacamos y dejamos escurrir.
Paso 5
Para el glaseado ponemos a cocinar a fuego bajo el chocolate la leche condensada y la manteca hasta q tenga una consistencia cremosa, dejarlo temperar, las bañamos en esta mezcla y las decoramos como más nos guste! En este caso yo las decore con chispas de chocolate.

Ingredients:

50 grams of melted butter
10 grams instant baker's yeast
Vanilla
10 grams salt
For the chocolate glaze
50 grams cocoa powder
1 can condensed milk
50 grams butter
Sprinkles, peanuts, chocolate whatever you like.
Step by step:
Step 1
First we will take a little milk to dissolve the yeast with a tablespoon of sugar. We hope that fluffy and add the egg the rest of the sugar, salt and flour, we will add the milk while we are kneading and we will also add the butter, add the vanilla essence Knead very well, if we feel that we stick a lot we grease our hands with oil.
Step 2
Let the dough rest for about 2 hours or until it doubles. We are going to take flour and sprinkle it on the counter and place the dough and a little more flour on top and with the rolling pin stretch until they take about 2 centimeters thick. With a donut cutter, or can be a glass or anything we have at home we will cut the donuts.
Step 3
Place them to rest on squares of waxed paper or on a greased tray this will help them come out better let stand until they grow.
Step 4
Fry the doughnuts using a deep fryer.
To fry them we use a pan with enough oil so that they are floating, over low heat place the donuts introducing them, cook on each side about 4 minutes or until you see that they are golden brown to your liking. Take them out and let them drain.
Step 5
For the glaze we put to cook over low heat the chocolate, condensed milk and butter until it has a creamy consistency, let it temper, bathe them in this mixture and decorate them as we like! In this case I decorated them with chocolate chips.
