You can't see Moi moi missing in special events here. It pairs well with jellof rice.

is like Tofu or is it like paste? I don't eat fish myself so I couldn't make it the traditional way like you do, but it does make me curious as to the texture.

It has a fluffy texture, it shouldn't be too soft nor hard. That's why it's adviced not to add too much water while blending or mixing it.
