Como muchĂsimas veces he mencionado en mi lindo blog, soy super fan de la pizza y siempre que tengo la oportunidad de prepararla lo disfruto mucho. Tarto de buscar recetas nuevas para hacer, especialmente de la masa, ya que como he mencionado muchas veces se me hace muy complicado hacer la masa tradicional. En esta oportunidad me he encontrado con una masa que es mucho más liquida, la cual me recuerda muchĂsimo a la mezcla de panquecas. Di con esta receta mediante a Facebook, asĂ que decidĂ hacerla a mi manera, cambiando algunos ingredientes y les traigo el tutorial.

I found this recipe through Facebook, so I decided to make it my way, changing some ingredients and I bring you the tutorial.

Pepperoni | Pepperoni
200gr de Mantequilla | 200gr Butter
Extracto de Tomate | Tomato Extract
Cebolla y Tomate | Onion and Tomato
Queso Guayanés | Guayanese Cheese
2 Tazas Harina de Trigo | 2 Cups Wheat Flour
2 Tazas de Leche Liquida | 2 cups liquid milk

Primero vamos a hacer la masa, para ello estuve comenzando con la leche, coloque 2 tazas de agua en la licuadora y coloqué leche en polvo, licuando durante unos segundos. Luego comencé a agregar varios ingredientes, comenzando por los dos huevos, luego la mantequilla, una cucharada de orégano y una pizca de sal. Luego batimos por unos segundos y pasamos a agregar la harina, poco a poco, mientras seguimos licuando, una vez que tuvo una consistencia un tanto espesa, paramos.

Después pasamos a tomar la bandeja y la llenamos de mantequilla con harina de trigo, esto con el objetivo de que no se nos pegue a la bandeja. Luego colocamos toda la mezcla, la llevamos al horno por 15 minutos, a una temperatura de 200°, cuando este lista la sacamos para que enfrié un poco, Mientras tanto estuve condimentando el extracto de tomate, con un poco de sal y bastante orégano, esto es lo único que le coloque para que quedara una perfecta salsa.

DespuĂ©s de unos 10 minutos pude armar la pizza, para ello coloque 3 cucharones de salsa, lo esparcĂ muy bien por toda la base, luego coloque trocitos de queso guayanĂ©s ya que no tenĂa queso mozzarella, tambiĂ©n completĂ© rallándole queso semiduro. Luego estuve colocando los pepperoni, seguidamente de la cebolla en cĂrculos, el tomate y finalicĂ© con orĂ©gano por encima. Luego lleve la pizza al horno por 15 minutos más y estuvo lista.

Esta receta ha sido de las pizzas más fáciles de hacer realmente, no me tomo demasiado tiempo lo cual es perfecto, la masa no da nada de trabajo y las cantidades que utilicé me dieron para una pizza de tamaño familiar, tuve que hacer otra mezcla con las mismas cantidades para completar la cena que tuvimos en mi casa con esta receta. Estaba muy sabrosa y estoy muy segura de que voy a seguir preparándola, mi papá dijo que estaba perfecta de todo asà que eso quiere decir bastante. Espero que les haya encantado esta receta, nos leemos pronto!
This recipe has been one of the easiest pizzas to make really, it didn't take me too much time which is perfect, the dough is no work at all and the quantities I used were enough for a family size pizza, I had to make another mix with the same quantities to complete the dinner we had at my house with this recipe. It was very tasty and I'm pretty sure I'm going to keep making it, my dad said it was perfect all around so that's saying a lot. I hope you loved this recipe, see you soon!
