How to cook Caesar salad

Friends, today I would like to offer you to prepare a very popular salad "Caesar" in restaurants. Our family is very fond of it and prefers it for every holiday.
Caesar salad is prepared from common available products, but in addition, it is considered very refined.

Description and recipe for making it:

There are a huge number of variations of Caesar salad with tomatoes, olives, shrimp, calamari. Today we will cook the traditional version, because it is more affordable to prepare.

We cut the chicken filet into small pieces, add spices for chicken, black pepper, salt, some sunflower oil, mix and put it in the fridge for 20 minutes.

And let's make the sauce for the salad. It is the sauce that determines the taste of the salad "Caesar". In a small bowl break an egg, 100 grams of olive oil, 100 grams of grated parmesan cheese, a teaspoon of lemon juice, a teaspoon of mustard, a clove of minced garlic, salt and black pepper to taste. Next, grind everything with a blender, and let's work with breadcrumbs. We cut the loaf into small pieces and fry it in a pan with some oil.

Well, twenty minutes have passed and it's time to take care of the chicken meat. We take it out of the fridge and roast it in the oven or on the grill. Then we put coarsely sliced lettuce in a bowl, and add our previously prepared dressing and mix everything thoroughly. And so it's time to put the salad together. On the bottom of the salad bowl we lay the leaves, then we put the chicken pieces, lay eggs and tomatoes and cover everything with grated parmesan and put crumbs.
