Saludos para todos mis Hiveamig@s, es un gusto compartir una vez más con ustedes una receta.

En esta oportunidad es la reina para mí, mi marquesa de chocolate.

Les invito a que la practiquen y disfruten.


Ingredientes:

  • 1 lata de leche condensada de 390 grs

  • 400 grs de margarina sin sal

  • 2 tazas de leche líquida achocolatada

  • 500 grs de chocolate bitter, de buena calidad, el de su preferencia

  • 3 paquetes de galletas María

  • 100 grs de maní sin sal picado

  • 100 grs de pasas

  • 1 taza de vino, el de su preferencia

Preparación:

  • Crema la margarina.

  • Remojar las pasas en el vino.

  • Derretir el chocolate a baño de maría.

  • Después de crema la margarina, incorporas la leche condensada poco a poco y bates bien.

  • Incorpora el chocolate derretido y frío a la mezcla de margarina con la leche condensada con movimientos envolventes y, lista, la crema.

  • En un molde empieza a montar la marquesa.

  • Moja galletas en la leche achocolatada y distribuye en el molde y cúbrelas con la crema de chocolate.

  • Coloca pasas y maní picado encima de la crema.

  • Repite el procedimiento hasta que termines con los ingredientes, por supuesto, al final le colocas a las galletas la crema de chocolate, pasas y cubres con el maní picado.

  • Refrigera por 12 horas.

  • El resultado será un rico postre como la marquesa de chocolate.

Preparation:

  • Cream the margarine.

  • Soak the raisins in the wine.

  • Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.

  • After cream the margarine, incorporate the condensed milk little by little and beat well.

  • Incorporate the melted and cooled chocolate to the margarine mixture with the condensed milk with wrapping movements and, ready, the cream.

  • In a mold begin to assemble the marquise.
  • Dip cookies in the chocolate milk and distribute in the mold and cover them with the chocolate cream.

  • Place raisins and chopped peanuts on top of the cream.
