Un saludo a todos los usuarios de esta comunidad de @hivefood, en ésta ocasión les muestro como realizo yo mis panquecas caseras para que me queden esponjosas, las panquecas son un desayuno ideal y rapido, ya que contienen pocos ingredientes, pero que están cargados de proteínas, vitaminas y nutrientes esenciales para mantener la salud en perfectas condiciones. Estoy seguro de que con esta receta les gustará el resultado todos. Las panquecas caseras son tradicionales de muchos países y cada uno de ellos las hace de forma distinta, tenemos acá la receta de panquecas venezolanas con queso.

Greetings to all users of this community @hivefood, this time I show you how I make my homemade pancakes to make them fluffy, pancakes are an ideal and quick breakfast, because they contain few ingredients, but they are loaded with protein, vitamins and essential nutrients to maintain health in perfect condition. I am sure that with this recipe you will like the result. Homemade pancakes are traditional in many countries and each one of them makes them in a different way, we have here the recipe for Venezuelan pancakes with cheese.
Ingredientes
-150 g de harina de trigo leudante, tamizada
-100 g de azúcar
-3 g (1/2 cucharadita) de sal
-1.5 g (1/2 cucharadita) de canela molida
-2 huevos
-145 g de leche (líquida) unida
-1 cucharada de vinagre
-100g queso blanco rallado
-vainilla
Para empezar la receta separamos la clara de las amarillas de huevo en un bowl mezclar la clara y la mitad de azúcar.

-150 g leavened wheat flour, sifted
-100 g sugar
-3 g (1/2 teaspoon) salt
-1.5 g (1/2 teaspoon) ground cinnamon
-2 eggs
-145 g (145 g) milk (liquid), united
-1 tablespoon vinegar
-100g grated white cheese
-vanilla
To start the recipe we separate the egg whites from the yellows in a bowl mix the egg white and half of the sugar.
En otro bowl batir a mano las amarillas con un toque de vainilla, el vinagre, sal, canela y el resto de azúcar hasta conseguir una mezcla homogénea.
In another bowl, beat by hand the yellows with a touch of vanilla, the vinegar, salt, cinnamon and the rest of the sugar until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Agregamos poco a poco la harina y mezclamos sin dejar grumos.
Gradually add the flour and mix without leaving lumps.
Seguido de eso integramos nuestra clara batida a esta mezcla, batimos de manera envolvente y agregamos poco a poco la leche hasta homogeneizar la mezcla.
Then we add our beaten egg whites to this mixture, beat in an enveloping manner and add the milk little by little until the mixture is homogenized.
En una plancha agregamos un poco de aceite para agregar nuestra mezcla manteniendo la forma más redonda posible, le damos vuelta y en pocos minutos están listas.
In a griddle we add a little oil to add our mixture keeping the roundest possible shape, we turn it over and in a few minutes they are ready.
Para que el queso rallado quede bien unido a la panqueca se le agrega recién salida de la plancha, quedando éstos esponjosos y bonitos panqueques.
The grated cheese is added fresh from the griddle so that the pancakes will be well united to the pancake, resulting in fluffy and beautiful pancakes.
