Sautéed rice with chicken accompanied by stir fried plantains /// Arroz salteado con pollo a acompañado de unos plátanos revolcados

Greetings friends. Today I bring you a delicious sautéed rice with polo or rice with chicken. Maybe it happens to you like it does to me that when we prepare rice with chicken it is either burnt or it is undercooked or it has too much liquid so it is not good at all. Well, here I bring you a very easy and practical way to prepare it, so I call it sautéed rice with chicken, which I accompanied with a delicious sweet plantain.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of rice
  • 1 chicken breast
  • Paprika
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Chili
  • Repollo
  • Onion Garlic
  • oregano, cumin, salt to taste

For the plantains

  • Ripe plantain
  • Sugar
  • Butter
  • Vanilla

Saludos amigos. Hoy les traigo un delicioso salteado de arroz con polo o arroz con pollo. Tal vez a ti te pase como a mi que cuando preparamos arroz con pollo o se nos quema o le falta cocción o tiene mucho liquido por lo que no queda nada bueno. Pues aquí te traigo una manera muy fácil y practica de prepararlo por o que le llamo arroz salteado con pollo el cual acompañe con un rico plátano revolcado dulce

Ingredientes

  • 2 Taza de Arroz
  • 1 Pechuga de pollo
  • Pimentón
  • Cebolla
  • Ajo
  • Ají
  • Repollo
  • Aceite onotado
  • orégano, comino, sal al gusto

Para los plátanos

  • Plátano maduro
  • Azúcar
  • Mantequilla
  • Vainilla

Paso 1 // Step 1

In a pot with water we put to boil our chicken breast until it is well cooked and then we remove the pieces. In the water where we parboil the chicken we place to cook the rice where we place chopped carrot in square and garlic once it boils we place the rice and let it cook.

En una olla con agua colocamos a sancochar nuestra pechuga hasta que este bien cocida y luego desmechamos. En el agua donde sancochamos el pollos Colocamos a cocinar el arroz donde colocamos zanahoria picadita en cuadro y ajo una vez hierva colocamos el arroz y dejamos cocinar.

Paso 2 // Step 2

Once the rice is ready and the chicken is ready, we chop our vegetables into strips or squares as you wish. Once we have everything chopped we put in a sauté pan or pot to fry with oil onotado for after this sofrito add the chicken, salt, oregano and cumin, let take taste of all the ingredients and we sauté the rice with the prepared chicken with vegetables to have a sautéed uniform and colorful.

Una vez tengamos el arroz listo y el pollo desmechado, picamos nuestro vegetales en tira o cuadro como mejor lo desees. Una vez os tengamos todo picado colocamos en un salten o caldero a sofreir con aceite onotado para luego que este sofrito añadir el pollo, sal, orégano y comino, dejamos tomar gusto de todos los ingrediente y vamos salteando el arroz con el preparado del pollo con los vegetales hasta tener un salteado uniforme y bien colorido.

Paso 3 // Step 3

Pra prepares the bananas scrambled is very easy just put in a salten, ripe banana, vanilla, sugar desired amount a tablespoon of butter, vanilla and a splash of water and let cook over low heat turning around until golden brown with caramel. Grate a little hard white cheese Serve and enjoy.

Pra prepara los platanos revolcado es muy facil solo colocamos en un salten, platano maduro, vainilla, azucar cantidad deseada una cucharada de manteuilla, vainilla y un chorrito de agua y dejamos cocinar a fuego lento dando vuelta vuelta hasta que doren con el caramelo. Les rallamos un poco de queso blanco duro Servimos y disfrutamos
