I do that kind of thing often too haha cause it's such a waste to waste small leftovers. Often foods make from these makes unique flavor and interesting combo.
Ya man that's it exactly, there is often some leftover in the pan after dinner, so we will fridge it and use for lunch the following day. I really dislike food waste, as there are too many around the world without enough food, so to put it in the bin is terrible, so try our best to use everything we buy.
