Hello friends!
There are very few people in the world who don’t like various spices.

In some cultures, using spices in dishes is a tradition. Our family loves spices. But we like not only to simply add them to our food, but also to make compositions or mixtures from them.
This time we also decided to make a mixture of spices and medicinal herbs. What did we need for this?

A lot, right?! It's actually really quick to make a spice mixture. It takes longer to put all the ingredients on the table :) So, here are dry nettles (3 tablespoons), milk thistle seeds (2 tablespoons), dry rosemary and sage, onion powder (1,5 tablespoons each of them), ground black pepper (1 tablespoon), ground English pepper (0,5 tablespoon), ground sweet pepper (0,5 tablespoon), Himalayan salt (0,5 tablespoon).

It looks nice, doesn't it?

It's a shame to mix everything up. But we need to do this because the next step is to grind the mixture in a coffee grinder.

It takes very little time. And now we already have a powder made from a mixture of spices and medicinal herbs.

All! You did it! Now all that remains is to add this spice mixture to your favorite dishes.

We like this mixture with first courses: soups, borscht, cold soups. In fact, it is not at all necessary to strictly adhere to the recipe. You can use non-bitter medicinal herbs for the mixtures according to your taste and spices as well. Good luck!
