Les comparto el almuerzo familiar en base a carne de pescado tradicional el consumo de carnes de pescado o carnes blancas los días jueves y viernes santos de asueto religioso por la semana santa tradicionales en mi país Venezuela en prepare para compartir y degustar con mi familiar “ Filet de Carite Empanizado” esta nutritiva receta quedo increíble exquisito/ crujiente combine la rica carne blanca del carite que es uno de lo más pedido paira la preparación de diferentes gastronomía es un pescado de mar salado producido en costas Venezolanas de exquisito sabor y nutrición contiene omega 3, su cane es blanca y su piel es fina de color azulado de nombre científico Scomberomorus cavalla , aderece este pescado y lo empanice con huevo batido salpimentado lo pase por una mezcla de harina de trigo y fécula de maíz quedo exquisito la preparación con beneficios a nuestra salud y nutrición acompañe este plato con ensalada , yuca frita y limón vamos a prepararlo.

Ingredientes:

• 2 Kilos de filete pescado carite.

• 250 Gramos harina de trigo.

• 90 Gramos de fecula de maiz

• 2 Huevos.

• 1 Sal pimienta, perejil seco, orégano molido, cebolla rallada y ajo triturado cantidad necesaria.

• 10 Onzas de Aceite.

• Contornos ensalada cocida aderezada, yuca frita .

Ingredients:

• 2 kilos of carite fish fillet.

• 250 grams wheat flour.

• 90 grams of cornstarch

• 2 Egg.

• 1 salt, pepper, dried parsley, ground oregano, grated onion and crushed garlic as needed.

• 10 Onces of Oil.

• Contours cooked salad seasoned, fried yucca.

Elaboracion / Elaboration :

• Enjuagamos los filetes de carite y los salpimentamos añadimos ajo en polvo y triturado, cebolla en polvo perejil , orégano seco lo maceramos unos minutos, por otro lado mezclamos la harina de trigo y fécula de maíz.

• Rinse the mackerel fillets and season with salt and pepper, add garlic powder and crushed, onion powder, parsley, dried oregano macerate for a few minutes, on the other hand, mix the wheat flour and corn.

• Añadimos a cada pieza filet de pescado huevo batido salpimentado untandolo completamente.

• Pasamos cada filet por la harina de trigo mezclada con fécula de maíz cubrimos el empanizado.

• Vertemos aceite en una sartén y lo llevamos a la estufa al calentarse vertemos los filetes de carite empanizados a freír volteamos de un lado a otro que nos queden dorados y crujientes, lo retiramos del aceite para ser servidos.
