Les cuento, cuando en mi hogar hacemos tequeños, los congelamos y vamos sacando poco a poco para consumirlos, de forma de que no estemos siempre en la cocina armándolos, así que cuando los hacemos preparamos bastante cantidad. Sin agregegarles conservantes, les enseñare esta receta de tequeños o dedos de queso, como los llaman en otras partes del mundo, con la que quedaran encantados.

I tell you, when in my home we make tequeños, we freeze them and we take them out little by little to consume them, so that we are not always in the kitchen assembling them, so when we make them we prepare a lot of them. Without adding preservatives, I will show you this recipe for tequeños or cheese fingers, as they are called in other parts of the world, with which you will be delighted.

Ingredientes:

645 g de harina de trigo
65 g de mantequilla
1/2 cda de levadura
250 g de agua fría
2 cda de azúcar
1 cda de sal
400 g de queso duro

Ingredients:
645 g of wheat flour
65g butter
1/2 tbsp yeast
250g cold water
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp of salt
400 g of hard cheese

Procedimiento:

Se esparce bien la mantequilla en la mezcla, de esa forma queda uniforme.

Process:
The butter is spread well in the mixture, that way it remains uniform.

En otro envase mezclamos el agua, levadura y azúcar.

In another container we mix the water, yeast and sugar.

Hacemos un espacio en el medio de la harina y agregamos la mezcla anterior.

Se procede a amasar con las manos en el recipiente, hasta que los ingredientes se integren. En este punto agregamos la sal. Llevamos la masa a un mesón para amasarla por alrededor de 10 min hasta que no se pegue del mesón.

It is proceeded to knead with the hands in the container, until the ingredients are integrated. At this point we add the salt. We take the dough to a counter to knead it for about 10 min until it does not stick to the counter.

Se deja reposar tapada, por alrededor de 1 hora.

Let it rest, covered, for about 1 hour.

Luego de pasado el tiempo, se amasa un poco para sacar el gas.

After the time has passed, knead a little to remove the gas.

Cortamos el queso en bastones del tamaño a nuestra elección.

We cut the cheese into sticks of the size of our choice.

El armado es el siguiente;

The assembly is as follows;

  • Estiramos delgadamente con un rodillo y cortamos en tiras un poco más anchas del corte del queso.
  • We stretch thinly with a rolling pin and cut into strips a little wider than the cheese cut.

  • Colocamos el queso en un extremo de la tira.
  • We place the cheese at one end of the strip.

  • Doblamos y sellamos los extremos para que el queso no se salga.
  • fold and seal the ends so that the cheese does not come out.

  • Luego envolvemos hasta darle su forma característica.
  • Then we wrap it until it gives it its characteristic shape.

  • Y se van colocando en una bandeja de anime, previamente enharinada. Congelamos, y vamos sacando poco a poco para comer. Los tequeños pueden durar congelados por mucho tiempo, y como es una comida que a los más pequeños les encanta, vamos sacando poco a poco y los consumimos fritos o horneados.

Con esta cantidad de masa salen aproximadamente 5 bandejas de tequeños.
