Delicious vegetables recipe - delicious curry with Puishak and fish

Assalamu alaikum friends how are you all I hope you all are doing very well for a long time I was thinking of sharing some cooking posts but I was not getting time

today when I got time I thought I will share my recipe today with you all the dishes we usually eat at home and cook. This post is based on that.

Today we are going to cook a very nice dish with puishak and mirgil fish so let's see how today's cooking turns out is it really delicious or is it going to be so.

I have cooked this curry several times before it is very interesting and tasty if cooked properly if the cooking style is good then you will definitely like it what you need and what ingredients you use will make your cooking more delicious.

Here I firstly cut my puishaks very nicely so that there is no peel on the puishaks because if there is sal then when the cooking is over we have to face problems due to the sal not thawing at the time of eating so these fruits of peeling the puishas are better than before. You have to wash it off.

I also just cleaned the puishaks nicely and put them in a container for the next step for what I need next.

The ingredients that you need to use in this curry are...

  • 1 First you need to finely chop two or one raw onion.

  • 2 Lightly crush one or one and a half pieces of raw garlic.

  • 3 Finely chop the lutukhani green chillies to use the right amount of green chillies.

Once they're all cut, put them in a nice container like I did, then you're ready to move on to the next step.

Now as I am going to serve fish with puishak, the fish should be fried nicely with oil so that the fish looks more beautiful and tastes good too.

And one more thing I have mixed with puishak is that alo aaloo will be a bit more sweet if you use it with puishak so I have also used potato with puishak right here now I am waiting when the fish is done frying I will go to my next step.

After finishing frying the fish, the first thing I have to do is...

  • 1- First I put a clean pan on my gas and when the pan is hot I use enough soybean oil in it.

  • 2-After the oil gets slightly hot, add my green chillies, garlic and scallions.

  • 3 -When the masalas were lightly charred, I added my vegetables and potatoes to the pan.

  • 4- Then I used the amount of salt and the amount of turmeric root. Too much turmeric should not be given as it will be harmful to your body.

  • 5- In this way I keep stirring the puishak and alo slowly for 15 to 20 minutes so that they look better and taste better.

In a word, we finely grind the puishak and alo and when it is done, we will dilute it with enough water that the water will be used as our broth. Later, we can eat this broth with just little sup.....

After adding water like this we will wait again for 15 to 20 minutes so that the puishak potatoes and fish are cooked nicely.

When the puishak and potatoes are ten minutes we will arrange our fried fish nicely on the puishak and wait like this for another 10 minutes.

After 20 minutes we will see that our curry is done cooking and it looks very beautiful if you want you can see I have shared the pictures one by one then maybe there may be some mistake in some place the pictures may not fit properly still I have given all the step by step pictures below.
