Alfajores are difficult sweets to make, because the dough has to be at its exact point so that they hold when baked, that is why almond flour is sometimes used in some recipes. I really liked the effort you have put into this post, which is well illustrated, but it would be ideal to divide the explanations and accompany them with their respective photo, for a better understanding. However, it is a great post. On the other hand, the fact that you have talked about the history of the dessert, enriches your recipe even more. Nice job. A great greeting.


Los alfajores son dulces difíciles de elaborar, porque la masa tiene que estar en su punto exacto para que se mantengan al ser horneados, por eso a veces se emplea harina de almendras en algunas recetas. Me gustó mucho el empeño que has puesto en este post, el cual está bien ilustrado, pero sería ideal fraccionar las explicaciones y acompañarlas con su respectiva foto, para una mejor comprensión. Sin embargo, es una gran publicación. Por otra parte, el hecho de que hayas hablado de la historia del postre, enriquece aún más tu receta. Buen trabajo. Un gran saludo.
