Feliz día amigos, en casa todos de alguna manera participamos en la cocina, algunos preparando la comida y otros lavando los trastes y colaborando con la limpieza como es el caso de mi hijo. Pero este fin de semana me llenó de mucha alegría porque me dijo que quería aprender a hacer quesillo porque le gustan mucho.
Considero mas fácil el de leche ya que además por lo general tengo todos los materiales.

But this weekend he filled me with great joy because he told me that he wanted to learn how to make quesillo because he likes them very much.
I consider it easier to make the milk quesillo because I usually have all the materials.

Como él lo hizo tenía mucha impaciencia por probarlo así que se valió de todo para agilizar el proceso de enfriamiento y probar su creación. Estuvo muy bueno. Que nuestros hijos se interesen por cosas tan importantes como aprender algún arte culinaria u oficios que le puedan ayudar en algún momento es maravilloso. Todos en casa estuvimos de acuerdo que su quesillo estuvo muy bien, ahora tiene desespero por hacer otro, ya le tocaría hacerlo solo y sorprendernos y estoy segura que lo lograra. Espero esta experiencia haya sido de su agrado y nos leemos pronto.

El quesillo es un postre tradicional, que deberíamos aprender hacer todos 😂, que bueno que le estás enseñando a tu hijo desde pequeño, seguro quedo riquísimo. Saludos
