Hola, deseando que todos estén bien, hoy les traigo la receta de una bebida tradicional muy consumida en mi país Venezuela. A continuación los Ingredientes:
- Una taza de arroz
- Cuatro tazas de agua
- Dos ramas de canela
- Un litro de leche
- Azúcar al gusto
- Una pizca de sal
- Canela en polvo
- Vainilla
Hello, wishing everyone is well, today I bring you the recipe for a traditional drink widely consumed in my country, Venezuela. Here are the Ingredients:
- A cup of rice
- Four cups of water
- Two cinnamon sticks
- A liter of milk
- Sugar to taste
- A pinch of salt
- Cinnamon powder
- Vanilla
Procedimiento: en una olla llevar al fuego el arroz con las cuatro tazas de agua, la canela y la pizca de sal, cocinar hasta que ablande el arroz. Dejar reposar a temperatura ambiente.
Procedure: in a pot, bring the rice to the fire with the four cups of water, the cinnamon and the pinch of salt, cook until the rice softens. Let stand at room temperature.
En una licuadora colocar el arroz sin las ramas de canela, la leche y el azúcar y procesar hasta que la mezcla esté homogénea.
Servir con bastante hielo y polvorear con canela.
In a blender, place the rice without the cinnamon sticks, the milk and the sugar and process until the mixture is homogeneous.
Serve with plenty of ice and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Esta bebida tradicionalmente fue servida con canela, luego se le añadió la leche condensada en la actualidad la ofrecen con una gran variedad de acompañantes como: cereales. Galletas trituradas, lluvias de chocolate o colores entre otros.NOTE:This drink was traditionally served with cinnamon, then condensed milk was added.
