Hello Hivers 💕💞,

This is the kind of animal that is found alongside with the waters. What is in this case I mean swampy area where you have too much of water alongside with the soil or traveling where it is very close to River Banks.

Crabs is a very special animal that has more of minerals and also protein content when cooked in a moderate way and also you have to crack the bones before you can have access to the protein content in it. I always have the opportunity to see this kind of animals whenever I go down to mine mums house where I was born 30 years ago.

I was opportune to be there four days ago because of the birthday celebration and yeah I have so many crab that I found along the line.

Like you can all see I went out with a solar lamp to source for this crap all because they are very special and also they contain high source of natural iron and also protein in some cases the contain calcium as well.
