Primero se cortan las berenjenas en rodajas, un truco para que la berenjena no amargue es colocarla en agua con suficiente sal por al menos 20 minutos y luego lavarlas muy bien y colocarlas encima de papel para que absorban el agua.
First cut the eggplants into slices, a trick to prevent the eggplant from becoming bitter is to place them in water with enough salt for at least 20 minutes and then wash them very well and place them on paper to absorb the water.
Luego se llevan al horno o se colocan en un sarten y se cocinan de ambos lados.
Then take them to the oven or place them in a frying pan and cook them on both sides.
Una vez que estén cocidas se le agrega la salsa de tomate por encima, de igual forma el queso rallado y el orégano. Esta se lleva nuevamente al horno hasta que el queso se gratine.
