Hoy estoy preparando una rica ensalada de atún con papas y zanahorias. Aquí les dejo el proceso es ideal para compartir en cualquier ocasión.

Today I am preparing a delicious tuna salad with potatoes and carrots. Here I leave the process is ideal to share on any occasion.
Ingredientes:
✅ 2 papas
✅ 2 zanahorias
✅ 1 cebolla
✅ 1/ 2 pimentón
✅ 1 ramita de cilantro
✅ 1 cucharadita de moztaza
✅ 4 cucharadas de mayonesa
✅ 1 pizca de sal
Ingredients:
✅ 2 potatoes
✅ 2 carrots
✅ 1 onion
✅ 1/ 2 paprika
✅ 1 sprig of coriander
✅ 1 teaspoon mustard
✅ 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
✅ 1 pinch of salt
Preparación:
Comenzamos colocando en una olla con agua a cocinar las papas y las zanahorias, hasta que estén suaves luego dejar repasar y retirar la piel.
We begin by placing the potatoes and carrots in a pot with water to cook until they are soft, then let them review and remove the skin.
Cortar en cuadritos pequeños papas, zanahorias, cebolla cilantro y pimentón.
Dice small potatoes, carrots, onion, cilantro, and paprika.
Agregar en un bolw revolver hasta integrar todos los ingredientes, luego añadir el atún y una pizca de sal.
Add in a bowl, stir until all the ingredients are integrated, then add the tuna and a pinch of salt.
Continuar agregando mayonesa y moztaza, revolver con movimientos envolventes y listo.
Continue adding mayonnaise and mustard, stir with enveloping movements and ready.
Este un aperitivo perfecto para compartir con amigos y familiares y porque no también a la hora del almuerzo, espero lo puedan hacer en casa.
