Saludos mis queridos amigos amantes de la buena comida, hoy traigo una rica receta fácil rápida de hacer para la cena reinventando un poco en la cocina y tratando de cumplir la dieta... Así que hoy preparé un salteado de repollo, ya les comparto la receta.

Ingredientes:
✅ 1/4 de repollo
✅ 1 cebolla
✅ 1 zanahoria
✅ 1 rama de cilantro
✅ 2 huevos
✅ 1 cucharada de salsa de tomate
✅ 1 cucharadita de salsa
✅ 1 cucharadita de sal

✅ 1 carrot
✅ 1 sprig of coriander
✅ 2 eggs
✅ 1 tablespoon tomato sauce

Preparación:
Comienzo realizando una tortilla batiendo los huevos con una pizca de sal y luego agregar en un sarten previamente caliente dar vuelta y vuelta hasta dorar.

Retirar la tortilla del fuego y cortar en tiras, reservar.
