Every year on November 25, Indonesia will hold a commemoration that has been set by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, namely the birthday of all Indonesian teachers. And this year, the Indonesian Teacher's Birthday is entering the age of 76 years.

Every year, as the anniversary approaches, all the excitement is not only for the teachers but also for the students. Many activities are carried out by the school to enliven the commemoration of this teacher's day. Usually, schools will hold competitions between teachers as fun and to establish cohesiveness in working together in teams later.

And at my school, namely the private SMK Satria Nusantara Binjai, we held activities for three consecutive days to enliven the teacher's birthday. Like on the first day of November 23, 2021, we held a baseball competition between teachers. There are no clear rules, lots of laughs, and the age factor that makes teachers unable to run fast, as well as the slippery field conditions make us teachers can only laugh and laugh. And our laughs are just consolation to be able to relax for a moment from the existing routine. There is no losing and winning because all participants who take part in the competition get prizes.. hooray

In addition to competitions between teachers, competitions among students are no less interesting, for among students, they organize a competition to arrange fried rice that has been made from home. The criteria for winning the competition, namely, delicious fried rice taste, attractive decorations, small capital, and class cleanliness are also assessed.

And on the 24th this afternoon we held a bazaar, the bazaar was held throughout the class with the aim of fostering self-confidence to promote their wares, being honest and responsible for the team or class, and building the existing entrepreneurial spirit. In this bazaar, students can sell anything, with a capital loan from the school of Rp. 100,000, - or the equivalent of U$ 9 Dollars. The students were only given 3 hours to promote their wares. And everyone who will buy the student product must first buy a coupon. So the purchase of their products or merchandise is purchased using a coupon instead of cash. And exchanging cash with coupons has its own stand.
