Still in the 14th day of Ramadan fasting and already starting to get a little confused about the reference to the food menu that can sway our appetites after 15 hours of holding back thirst and hunger. And after I searched for menus that could be made easily, I decided to make a Rainbow layer cake made from cassava. Because the main ingredient of cassava is widely available in my yard. Then the ingredients needed to make the Rainbow cassava layer cake are also not too difficult, although this Rainbow cassava cake takes about 60 minutes while steaming so that this Rainbow cassava cake is completely cooked perfectly.
And this Rainbow cassava cake is the first time I've made it with reference to recipes available on available online media. Even though it's not 100 percent successful, this cake is very tasty and very suitable not only to block the stomach but also more filling. Because the source of carbohydrates from cassava is high in number. And so that you are no longer curious, I will share the recipe with you for free and the tips so that there are no mistakes like me. And you have started to be able to take notes from now on so you can practice it immediately.

Necessary materials :
1. 500 grams of cassava

2. 200 grams of sugar

3. Food coloring (according to your taste)

How to make :

5.
4. After that, divide the grated cassava into 3 parts

5. Because here I use green, red and yellow food coloring so I divide 3 dough and I give each dough a different color

6. The first dough I gave pandan green color as the basis (you can use any color according to your taste, huh.

7. Steam the first dough in the pan for 10 minutes, after it hardens a little, put the second dough back in which I have given a yellow color and steam it again for another 10 minutes, after a little hard, then put the last dough back in and I give red coloring. After that cover again and steam until cooked, about 20 to 25 minutes more.

8. While waiting for the dough to cook, you can prepare the steamed coconut by steaming the coconut and adding a little salt and a little sugar and mix it together and then steam it for 5 minutes.

After the dough is cooked. You can cut the cake to your liking and coat it with the steamed grated coconut. And you can already enjoy the cake. A few tips for your success, so that you don't experience too many failures like me, then use only half of the gelatin powder, and for the second and third layers, don't make it too thick so that it cooks faster.
