or they usually have a meal that may be special to us.
Today I will show you my mother's delicious cake, a recipe that happens to be simple and does not take much, which is why I can say that sometimes less means more, because for me it is a very special recipe.

Torta susana, pastel de mamá

Hola amigos de hive.
¿Sabian que la mayoria de las madres tienden a tener una receta unica?
o suelen tener una comida que puede ser especial para nosotros.
Hoy te mostrare la rica torta de mi mama, una receta que pasa a ser sencilla y no llevar mucho, razon por la cual puedo decir que a veces menos significa mas, pues para mi es una receta bastante especial.

Ingredients:
-1 cup of sugar
-3 eggs
-1 cup of Juice (of your preference)
-2, 1/2, kg Wheat flour
-1/2 cup of Oil
-Vanilla
-2 small teaspoons of baking powder.
-a little lemon zest

-1 taza de Azucar
-3 Huevos
-1 taza de Jugo (de su preferencia)
-2, 1/2, kg Harina de trigo
-1/2 taza de Aceite
-Vainilla
-2 cucharaditas pequeñas de polvo para hornear.
-un poco de ralladura de limon

Items to use:
-A blender.
-1 bowl.
-a cheese grater.
-1 cake mold.
-An oven.
-a wooden spoon.
-a knife or wooden stick.

-1 molde para torta.
-Un horno.
-un cucharon de madera.
-un cuchillo o palito de madera.

Process:

To tell the truth, my mother when she showed me this recipe, she simply started mixing all the liquid ingredients using randomly each ingredient, but I really use an order; breaking the eggs and pouring them with the sugar, vanilla, and then mixing them with the flour passing it through a sieve, with the baking powder, the oil, the juice, and at the end of mixing all the ingredients well, we grate a little lemon in cake batter for even more flavor.

Procedimiento:

A decir verdad mi mama al enseñarme esta receta sencillamente empezo mezclando todos los ingredientes liquidos utilizando aleatoreamente cada ingrediente pero realmente utilozo un orden; rompiendo los huevos y vatiendolos con el azucar, vainilla, y luego mezclandolos con la harina pasandola por un colador, con el polvo para hornear, el aceite, el jugo, y al finalizar de mezclar bien todos los ingredientes, rallamos un poco de limon en la masa para torta para darle aun mas sabor.

We heat the oven to 180 ° while we grease the mold that we will use with a little oil, and sprinkle it with flour. We will put the mixture in the mold and put it in the oven for about 40 minutes.
At the end of the time we must check with a knife (or the wooden stick) that the cake is ready, piercing it and seeing that the knife turns out to be dry and not wet with part of the mixture.
When we see it this way, we will know that our cake is ready.

ponemos a calentar el horno a 180° mientras engrasamos el molde que usaremos con un poco de aceite, y polvoreandolo con harina. Pondremos la mezcla en el molde y la meteremos al horno durante unos 40min.
al finalizar el tiempo debemos comprobar con un cuchillo (o el palito de madera) que ya esta lista la torta, perforandola y viendo que el cuchillo resulta salir seco y no humedo con parte de la mezcla.
Al verlo de esta forma sabremos que nuestro bizcocho ya esta listo.

Hola @mercurio27 interesante receta y procedimiento el que utiliza tu mamá, el cual te ha enseñado. Generalmente las tortas son sencillas de hacer, sólo que las personas las ven complicadas. Buen post, porque presentas una introducción, lista de ingredientes bien indicada, lo cual es fundamental en repostería, también hay buenas fotos, no obstante, para futuras publicaciones, trata de documentar completamente el proceso. Me explico, en este post hubiera sido ideal ver la fase de mezcla de ingredientes, pues recuerda que nuestros post los leen en muchas partes del planeta y se requiere que cada receta sea una especie de tutorial, que aún cuando las personas desconozcan el Inglés y el Español, con las fotografías puedan comprender la receta. De resto todo muy bien. Saludos.
