Good afternoon friends of the Hive community, today I bring you a simple, delicious and inexpensive recipe with few ingredients (it does not require milk), to prepare it with your loved ones. This time we will make my mother's recipe, called Quesillo de Pan. For its preparation the following ingredients are required:

Buenas tardes amigos de la comunidad de Hive , hoy les traigo una receta sencilla , deliciosa y económica con pocos ingredientes ( no requiere leche), para prepararla con sus seres queridos. En esta oportunidad realizaremos la receta de mi madre, denominada Quesillo de Pan. Para su preparación se requieren los siguientes ingredientes:

INGREDIENTS

1 cup of water
4 eggs
¼ of the bread of the great one or in its defect two French loaves
12 tablespoons coated in white sugar or a can of condensed milk.
1spoon of vanilla.

INGREDIENTES

1 taza de agua
4 huevos
¼ del pan del grande o en su defecto dos panes francés
12 cucharadas soperas rebozadas de azúcar blanca o una lata de leche condensada.
1 cucharada de vainilla.

Preparation of the caramel:

4 tablespoons coated in white sugar, to make the caramel in the cheese rack or container, for it the sugar is allowed to dissolve over low heat until the sugar dissolves and caramelizes, the kitchen is turned off and the caramel is covered all the inner surface of the container to be used

Preparación del caramelo:

4 Cucharadas soperas rebozadas de azúcar blanca, para hacer el caramelo en la quesillera o recipiente, se deja disolver la azúcar a fuego lento hasta que se disuelva y se caramelice, se apaga la cocina y con el caramelo se cubre toda la superficie interna del recipiente a utilizar.

Preparation of the Quesillo

First step:
Cut the bread into small pieces and let it soak in a cup of water for 5 minutes.

Primer paso:
Cortar el pan en pedacitos y dejarlo remojar en una taza de agua durante 5 minutos.

Second step

In the blender, all the ingredients are incorporated little by little, starting with the eggs, then the sugar, the vanilla, and the soaked bread, once they are well blended, the content is poured over the cheese rack or caramelized container.

Segundo paso
En la licuadora se van incorporando todos los ingredientes poco a poco, comenzando con los huevos, luego la azúcar, la vainilla, y el pan remojado, una vez que estén bien licuados, se vierte el contenido sobre la quesillera o recipiente caramelizado

Third step

Place the container in a water bath for 1 ½ hour. It is recommended that you be aware that the water does not dry out while cooking the dessert.

Tercer paso

Se coloca el recipiente en baño de María por 1 ½ hora. Se le recomienda estar pendiente, que el agua no se le seque, durante la cocción del postre.

Let cool and pour it into a mold… .. Ready to serve with your family or friends.
