INGREDIENTES

• 2 litros de agua
• 100 gramos de espagueti
• 250 gramos de azúcar. también puede endulzar con stevia
• 250 gramos de leche en polvo
• una pizca de sal
• esencia de vainilla
• canela en polvo
• leche condensada

INGREDIENTS

• 2 liters of water
• 100 grams of spaghetti
• 250 grams of sugar. You can also sweeten with stevia.
• 250 grams of powdered milk
• a pinch of salt
• vanilla essence
• cinnamon powder
• condensed milk

PREPARACIÓN

1)Hervir 2 litros de agua sin sal, al hervir agregar los 100 gramos de espagueti; cocinar por 25 minutos a fuego medio. Retirar del agua y escurrir

2)Colocar en la licuadora: leche en polvo, el espagueti ya cocido, 250 gramos de azúcar, y esencia de vainilla. Licuar a velocidad alta para que no queden residuos solidos del espagueti
3)Llevar al refrigerador hasta que espese

4)Servir en un vaso con hielo, leche condensada, canela en polvo o cualquier otro topping que quiera añadir, y A DISFRUTARLA

PREPARATION

1)Boil 2 liters of unsalted water, when boiling add the 100 grams of spaghetti; cook for 25 minutes over medium heat. Remove from water and drain

2)Put on the blender: powdered milk, the cooked spaghetti, 250 grams of sugar, and vanilla essence. Blend at high speed to avoid spaghetti solid residues.

3)Place in the refrigerator until it thickens.

4)Serve in a glass with ice, condensed milk, cinnamon powder or any other topping you want to add, and ENJOY.
