Happy Thursday, friends of Foodies Bee Hive! I hope you are having a wonderful and blessed day. Today I will teach you how to prepare an exquisite passion fruit cake.
Para esta receta serán necesarios los siguientes ingredientes:
500 gramos de harina de trigo.
1 taza y media de azúcar.
3 huevos.
200 gramos de margarina.
1 taza de jugo de parchita.
For this recipe you will need the following ingredients:
500 grams of wheat flour.
1 cup and a half of sugar.
3 eggs.
200 grams of margarine.
1 cup of passion fruit juice.
1- Colocar la margarina un recipiente y batir hasta que esté cremosa.
1- Place the margarine in a container and beat until creamy.
2- Agregar el azúcar a la mezcla.
2- Add the sugar to the mixture.
3- Añadir las yemas de los huevos; una a una y seguir batiendo hasta que se integren bien.
3- Add the egg yolks; one by one and continue beating until well combined.
4- Adicionar el harina previamente cernida junto con el jugo de parchita.
4- Add the previously sifted flour together with the passion fruit juice.
5- En un bowl aparte, batir las claras de los huevos hasta punto de nieve, e incorporar de forma envolvente a la mezcla.
5- In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff, and incorporate them into the mixture.
6- Una vez que esta esté lista, viértala en un molde para tortas previamente cubierto con mantequilla y harina.
6- Once it is ready, pour it into a cake pan previously covered with butter and flour.
7- Llevar al horno precalentado a 175 °C por aproximadamente 45 minutos o hasta introducir un palillo y este salga limpio.
7- Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for approximately 45 minutes or until inserting a toothpick and it comes out clean.
