Greetings friends, today I will show you how to prepare Arabian bread at home, for that we will need:
✓ 600 de harina de trigo todo uso preferiblemente.
✓ 300 ml de agua.
✓ 60 ml de aceite.
✓ 1 cucharadita de sal.
✓ 1 cucharadita de levadura instantánea.
✓ 300 grams of all-purpose wheat flour preferred
✓ 150 ml water.
✓ 30 ml oil.
✓ ½ teaspoon salt.
10003; 1 teaspoon of instant yeast.
Paso a paso./Step by step:
In a bowl we put the all-purpose flour and the yeast, then we stir.
We heat the water with the oil, when it boils we go down and let it cool down a bit. When it is warm, add it to the flour.
We mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained, we can help ourselves with a wooden palette.
Place it on a flat surface, knead it for 10 minutes, then transfer the dough to a container, cover it with a cloth, and finally let it rest in a dark and cool place for an hour.
Then with the help of a roller we flatten our dough leaving it very thin as shown in the picture.
We then proceed to cut our breads according to our preference.

To cook them use a frying pan over low heat, they are cooked on both sides. Place the dough, cover for about 30 seconds, turn and cover again, so they are soft.
Finally we serve and accompany with a nice cup of coffee or the companion of your preference, this type of bread can be eaten in many ways.

Lo bueno es que no hay que utilizar el horno. Yo ando actualmente ahorrando gas y trato de no usarlo, buenísima la receta.
Si amiga, uno se tarda un poquito más, pero igual quedan muy bien.
