How to prepare Bambaranut snacks

Hello Hiveians

How many of us are familiar with these Bambara nut grains and know that they can be processed into different form of meal and snacks for consumption

Here is a simple Bambara nut snacks I prepare in my our home each time we have cravings for snacks.
You may want to try and enjoy this, a very simple three step process for a healthy snacks.

To prepare this

  • Get some clean nuts

  • Wash in salt water and pour in some frying pans

  • After it is properly cooked used a clean pestle or grinding stone to crush these seeds while they are still hot so that the seeds will become more softer and easy to grind with teeth.

  • Once this is done, the final step is to add freshly cleaned palm oil as desired and a delicious bambara nut snacks is ready

Crushing seeds with pestle

Bambara nut seeds gets softer with heating and this makes it very easy for seeds to be crushed with pestle

Consuming vegetables and other grains is healthy but Bambara nut is also healthy leguminous plants a rich source of protein and vitamins, you may want to consume these once in while or prepare it into other forms of moimoi like I have done

Greetings dear, its a leguminous plant like groundnut if you are familiar with that.
