Method
Let's break down the method of preparation of the recipe.

Chicken Marination
You need to cut down the boneless chicken in small pieces. You have to put them into the bowl. Add paprika, turmeric, olive oil, salt, ginger powder, and herbs you want for the taste. Make sure to keep the mixture marinated for at least 3 hours.

Mint Chutney
We make use of the mint leaves, coconut milk, salt and sprinkle of white pasta sauce powder. Some folks also add the cucumber crushed into it. All of that adds up the taste. Make sure the paste is thick and converts into the proper green chutney. For those who are stomach conscious they can also add the corinader into it. As it not only adds up the taste but also good for the stomach.

Schezwan Tikka
Take the marinated chicken pieces out of the freezer. And now take the pieces and arrange them into your barbecue. Make sure to add the Schezwan sauce onto them instead of the tandoori mixture that you used to . This would change the taste of the tikka towards the Schezwan instead of tandoori. Heat it up in barbecue as you do for regular chicken tikka.

Note: Make sure to add the layering of olive oil and the garlic before you serve. And it is going to taste good if you add cabbage crushed around. As it would not only decorate the dish but it also looks good in terms of the taste.

Variation: If you decide to crush the chicken pieces, and make sure to add the mayo and onion into your roti, it can turn into burrito as well. It all depends on how you choose to present it. Schezwan burrito out of same recipe would be pretty much good. You should definitely try this variation.

I hope that you like this recipe. It's pretty simple and few variations can change this recipe into something else too. All you have to do is mix it up depending on your change of taste or to suit your course requirement.
