Hola amigos de la comunidad de Hive, el día de hoy les presento una deliciosa y nutritiva receta: pollo con verduras y vegetales, esperando que lo preparen y lo disfruten con sus familiares y amigos y sobretodo el domingo Día de las Madres sea un regalo para degustar este delicioso plato.
Espero sea del agrado de ustedes, fue realizado con mucho amor, en honor a todas las madres luchadoras, amorosas, cariñosas, emprendedoras, amables, leales, amigas etc.
A continuación les presento los ingredientes y pasos para su preparación:
Ingredients:
• ¼ cup oil
• 2 large chicken thighs or ½ minced chicken
• 2 potatoes, diced
• 2 small or large carrots, chopped
• 200 Gr of green beans, chopped into strips
• 1 eggplant
• 1 medium onion
• ½ chopped paprika
• 2 chopped sweet peppers
• ¼ cabbage in strips
• 2 sprigs of chives
• 4 sprigs of coriander
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 3 cups with water
Dressings:
• Salt
• Cumin or pepper
• Prepared dressing
• Oregano.
Ingredientes:
•¼ de taza de aceite
•2 muslos grande de pollo o ½ pollo picados
•2 papas picadas en cuadritos
•2 zanahorias pequeñas o grandes picadas
•200 Gr de vainitas picada en tiras
•1 berenjena
•1 cebolla mediana
•½ pimentón picado
•2 ajíes dulces picados
•¼ de repollo en tiras
•2 ramitas de cebollín
• 4 ramitas de cilantro
•2 dientes de ajo
•3 tazas con agua
Aliños:
• Sal
•Comino o pimienta
• Aliño preparado
•Orégano.
Preparation:
First step:
Boil the potato, carrot and green beans and reserve them to add them at the end of cooking the chicken already prepared.

Primer Paso:
Sancochar la papa, la zanahoria y las vainitas y reservarlas para agregárselas al finalizar la cocción del pollo ya preparado.
Second step:
Season the chicken with salt, cumin or pepper, prepared dressing and garlic.
Segundo Paso:
Aliñar el pollo con sal, comino o pimienta, aliño preparado y ajo.
Third step:
Fry the chicken over low heat, turning constantly so that it browns on all sides, cover it so that it browns well.
Tercer Paso:
Sofreír el pollo a fuego bajo volteando constantemente para que se dore por todos lados, taparlo para que se dore bien.
Fourth step:
Add to the fried chicken, the aubergine, the cabbage, onion, paprika, sweet pepper, chives and coriander, all minced and add 3 cups of the water where the potatoes, carrots and green beans were parboiled and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.
Cuarto Paso:
Agregar al pollo frito, la berenjena, el repollo, cebolla, pimentón, ají dulce, cebollín y cilantro, todos picaditos y añadir 3 tazas del agua donde sancocharon las papas, la zanahorias y las vainitas y dejar cocinar a fuego medio por 15 minutos.
Fifth step:
To finish, add the boiled potatoes, carrots and green beans to the cooking and let them cook for 8 more minutes, try to verify the dressings and add them according to your taste, salt, cumin or pepper, prepared dressing and a little oregano. And ready
Quinto paso:
Para finalizar , agregar a la cocción las papas, las zanahorias y vainitas sancochadas y dejarlas cocinar 8 minutos más, probar para verificar los aliños y agregarles de acuerdo a su gusto, sal comino o pimienta, aliño preparado y un poquito de orégano. Y listo
