Hello friends, it is a pleasure to be able to share experiences and knowledge with you, I am visiting my aunt's house for health reasons and I have not missed the opportunity to learn new things. In general, I have made cakes and cookies, but I had not made bread, this was my first time and let me tell you that I am happy with the result so here we go with the recipe.


Ingredients

  • 350ml of liquid.
  • 200ml of water and 150ml of milk.
  • 5 tablespoons of sugar.
  • 4 and 1/4 cups of all purpose wheat flour.
  • 10 grams of yeast or a tablespoon.
  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon.
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence.
  • 1 egg.
  • 2 butter spoons.
  • A pinch of salt.

Procedure:

First we measured our ingredients and placed them by hand, then I took a bowl to add the ingredients, I placed the 150 ML of warm water in the bowl and added the yeast, then I let it rest for 15 minutes for the yeast to activate, then I added the powdered milk to obtain the 150ml of milk with a hand mixer I stirred, then I added the sugar to dissolve it and also the half teaspoon of vanilla, I stirred again.

I continued adding the egg, the cinnamon and the pinch of salt, I stirred with a hand mixer to mix it well, then I began to add the previously sifted and measured flour, when the dough was grabbing consistency I added the 200 ML of water little by little and added all the powdered flour, I took the dough out of the bowl and knead it on the counter with force for 15 minutes, I put the dough in the covered bowl and let it rest for 30 minutes so that the dough grew.

After 30 minutes stretch the dough, cut into pieces weighing 30 grams each cut of dough, stretch each cut piece and roll to give the cut dough the shape of bread, I took a baking tray and put butter and powdered flour on it To prevent the breads from sticking to the tray, I put the loaves that I had already made on the tray, preheat the oven and bake the loaves for 14 minutes at 350 F°, the result was a soft and fluffy bread.

Hola amigos es un gusto poder compartir experiencias y conocimientos con ustedes, estoy de visita en casa de mi tía por motivos de salud y no he perdido la oportunidad aprender cosas nuevas por lo general he hecho tortas y galletas, pero no había hecho pan está fue mi primera vez y déjenme decirles que estoy contenta con el resultado así que aquí vamos con la receta.


Ingredientes

  • 350ml de líquido, 200ml de agua y 150 ml de leche.
  • 5 Cucharadas de Azúcar.
  • 4 y 1/4 tazas de harina de trigo todo uso.
  • 10 gramos de levadura o una cucharada.
  • 1 cucharada de canela.
  • 1/2 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla.
  • 1 Huevo.
  • 2 Cucharadas de mantequilla.
  • Una pizca de Sal.

Procedimiento:

Primero medimos nuestros ingredientes y los colocamos a la mano, luego tomé un bol para ir agregando los ingredientes, coloqué en el bol los 150 ML de agua tibia y agregué la levadura, después dejé reposar 15 minutos para que se active la levadura, posteriormente agregué la leche en polvo para obtener los 150ml de leche con un batidor de mano revolví, luego agregué el azúcar para disolverla y también la media cucharadita de vainilla, revolví de nuevo.

Continúe agregando el huevo, la canela y la pizca de sal revolví con batidor de mano para mezclarlo bien luego empecé a agregarle la harina previamente cernida y medida, cuando la masa fue agarrando consistencia fui agregando los 200 ML de agua poco a poco y agregué toda la harina en polvo, saqué la masa del bol y amase encima del mesón con fuerza por 15 minutos, puse la masa en el bol tapé y dejé reposar por 30 minutos para que la masa creciera.

Al pasar los 30 minutos estire la masa, corte en pedazos pesando 30 gramos cada corte de masa, estire cada pedazo cortado y enrrolle para darle la forma de pan a la masa cortada, tomé una bandeja de hornear y le coloque mantequilla y harina en polvo para evitar que los panes se peguen en la bandeja, puse los panes que ya había hecho en la bandeja precalente el horno y puse a hornear los panes por 14 minutos a 350 F°, el resultado fue un pan suave y esponjoso.
