Los ingredientes casi siempre lo tenemos en casa y son:
- Huevos
- Plátano
- Avena
- Harina de Trigo
- Canela
- Vainilla
- Leche o Agua (opcional)
- Azúcar (yo no les coloque nada)
- Una pizca de Sal.
The ingredients we almost always have at home are:
- Eggs
- Banana
- Oatmeal
- Wheat flour
- Cinnamon
- Vanilla
- Milk or Water (optional)
- Sugar (I didn't put any sugar)
- A pinch of salt.
Mi apreciados amigos la preparación muy sencilla, lo que debemos hacer es lo siguiente en la batir en la licuadora los huevos, luego agregamos el plátano sin concha y picado, agregamos la leche, la vainilla, la canela, sal y azúcar si lo desean luego la avena y por ultimo la harina de trigo solo un poco, tu elijes que tan espesa la quieres.
My dear friends, the preparation is very simple, what we must do is the following: beat the eggs in the blender, then add the banana without shell and chopped, add the milk, vanilla, cinnamon, salt and sugar if desired, then the oatmeal and finally the wheat flour just a little, you choose how thick you want it.
- Al licuar todos los ingrediente obtenemos esta mezcla y ponemos nuestro sarten a calentar y le untamos aceite o si tiene aceite en aerosol mucho mejor.
- By blending all the ingredients we obtain this mixture and we put our pan to heat and we spread oil or if you have oil spray much better.
- Ya con el sarten caliente agregamos la mezcla la cantidad deseada y esperamos que se cocine un lado luego volteamos por el otro lado y listo, mi gente hay que estar pendiente por que se cocinan muy rápido y se les pueden quemar

Yo las rellene de queso blanco, nosotros los venezolanos somos de comer mucho que queso blanco y algunas veces lo rallamos o también las puedes colocar queso picadito, pero le puede poner miel, frutas ya eso lo dejo a tu gusto, Mi panqueca quedo esponjosa y muy deliciosa.
I filled them with white cheese, we Venezuelans eat a lot of white cheese and sometimes we grate it or you can also put chopped cheese, but you can put honey, fruits and that's what I leave to your taste, My panqueca was fluffy and very delicious.
