Ohmygawd! 👀

This is you next level!!! (And how I found you. Also. Yum!)

I think the Vinegar does something chemical in baking? I've seen it in a recipe somewhere and was also surprised to find it included...

Baking is basically Alchemy with sugar. So keen to learn this art.

Sour cherry and chocolate. Yeah! Maybe the coffee version with caramel... or hazelnuts

Beautiful work. ❤️ 👏🏻

About that Cafe in the woods...

Sort:

It was yum😅 had to make another one.

I guess the vinegar plays some acidic role, activating baking soda and making the biscuit more spongy.

Honestly I wish it was more gooey, like typical brownie.

Cherry dipped in dark chocolate and chilled = finest combo!

[I'm around, experimenting :)]

Ah. Makes sense.

Oh - meringue. Vinegar is used there too. Interesting, huh?

Ooooh. Yeah!

I'll come and be your guinea pig any time!

Yes, exactly in meringue is also used or lemon juice, acid only 😂

See?

Alchemy!
